This position sits with our Swedish Match affiliate.
Your 'day to day'
  • Lead OPEN+ deployment of the site to enhance capabilities, drive innovation, and improve reliability and agility.
  • Foster engagement through a standardized, collaborative approach. Support in the end-to-end OPEN+ journey of the site.
  • Support Open+ Manager in leading the deployment of OPEN+ according to the defined region OPEN+ strategy and MoF and actively participate to Global/Regional Open+ activities (PDCA review/Global pillar activities/SDDS).
  • Safety & Sustainability: Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies and practices. Adhere to all Environment, Health and Safety (Sustainability) rules, policies and practices. Execute a lead role to encourage behavior safety and mindset by demonstrating consistent behaviors and leads by example. Holds a high level of self and others accountability towards safety. Provide full support in EHS Pillar and Sustainability department (OPEN+ related)
  • Quality: Being a lead role to encourage correct quality behaviors and mindset by demonstrating consistent behaviors and leads by example. Provide full support in Q Pillar & Function (OPEN+ related)
  • Delivery: Coach the Pillar OPEN+ methodology across the site and support Pillar teams to integrate standardized process into daily work, eliminate losses and solve problems in an autonomous way. Support Leadership Preparation and Learning. Build organizational capability to activate Pillars and manage the readiness activities for next phases. Implement and lead Pillars synchronization master plan.
  • Cost: Scout and lead productivity initiatives in order to drive site losses elimination. Increase among departments business understanding and focus on KPIs impact by creating and maintaining an integrated & synchronized KPI cascading process.
  • Morale: Support the continuous improvement effort in the affiliate and to maintain sustainability of OPEN+ expertise and capabilities. Support leadership in driving an OPEN+ culture and coordinate training activities related to deployment.

Who we're looking for:
  • College/University, Bachelor, or master's degree.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing/ Quality/ Lean/ Product Development / Supply Chain environment
  • Minimum 1 year in people management position
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (required)

Annual Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000
