Job Duties:
โ€ข Provide engineering and technical support for manufacturing non-woven products. (Elastic and film products)
โ€ข Participate in the areas of materials, process, project, equipment, and methods definition, development and optimization.
โ€ข Plan and conduct experimental evaluations to help with process optimization.
โ€ข Provide technical support to maintain, repair and/or replace equipment for our non-woven (elastic and film) lines as well as modify existing production equipment to improve both reliability and functionality.
โ€ข Support and help drive engineering activities for new products.
โ€ข Support new product trials while utilizing Lean Manufacturing methods to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
โ€ข Execute the Statistical Process Control strategy and create by product
โ€ข Lead root cause analysis for inefficiencies.
โ€ข Conduct analysis for process improvements.
โ€ข Create documentation of process procedures.
โ€ข Support training procedures.
โ€ข Execute supplier and customer complain investigations.
โ€ข Design process parameters for new products.
โ€ข Elaborate reports for new developments, initiatives or issues.
โ€ข Execute the validation of machinery and computer systems, and Change Control for parts and centerlines.
โ€ข Manage the product structure inside the ERP (Build of Materials).
โ€ข Lead the Preventive Maintenance plans for Process Engineering approach.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental, Industrial) or related AND
Five (5) years of experience as Senior Process Engineer, Process Engineer, Senior Engineer or related
