Job Summary: The RNG Process Engineer will play a critical role in designing, optimizing, and maintaining processes for the production of renewable natural gas. This position will require a strong background in chemical or mechanical engineering, process design, and environmental systems. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficiency, safety, and sustainability of our operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Design & Optimization: Develop and optimize RNG production processes, including anaerobic digestion, biogas upgrading, and gas separation technologies.
  • Project Management: Lead or assist in the planning, execution, and commissioning of RNG projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Technical Support: Provide engineering support for ongoing operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze process performance metrics, ensuring compliance with quality and efficiency standards.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all processes adhere to environmental regulations and safety standards, conducting regular audits and risk assessments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to align process improvements with company goals.
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of process designs, modifications, and operational procedures.


Process Engineer Qualifications:
