Process Engineer - Onsite in Akron, PA
Direct Hire - Full time
We are seeking a Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations through process optimization, continuous improvement initiatives, and equipment evaluation. This role will focus on increasing efficiency, reducing costs, improving quality, and supporting production teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve manufacturing processes, assembly methods, and production workflows
  • Develop and implement process controls to ensure product consistency and customer specification compliance
  • Monitor process and equipment performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate product requirements and manufacturing capabilities
  • Document manufacturing procedures and train operators and production personnel
  • Recommend and implement new technologies, equipment, and manufacturing methods to improve efficiency and competitiveness
  • Provide technical support across multiple departments as needed

Qualifications
