Process Documentation & Mapping

  • Develop and maintain enterprise process documentation including: Level 1 (Value Stream) process maps, Level 2 (End-to-End) process maps, Level 3 (Detailed Workflow) process maps
  • Facilitate process discovery sessions with subject matter experts and business stakeholders.
  • Document current-state processes using approved process mapping standards and tools.
  • Ensure process documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained within designated repositories.
  • Support process governance activities by maintaining process inventories and documentation standards. Standard

Operating Procedures & Work Instructions

  • Create, update, and maintain: Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions. Job Aids. Process Narratives
  • Translate complex operational activities into easy-to-follow instructions.
