What You Will Be Doing
As the Material and Process Eng Snr you will be responsible for advancing low observable material technologies across multiple programs, driving research, development, and production readiness within the LO Materials team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design, develop, fabricate, and test low observable materials and systems.
- Develop and execute material development plans, process development, and test methods for thin films, polymers, composites, metals, and additivelymanufactured materials.
- Author material and process specifications, lab reports, and formal documentation of all work performed.
- Support manufacturing process development, scaleup, and coordinate with external suppliers on technical issues.
- Perform lifecycle analyses including sustainability, reliability, availability, and maintainability.
