Job description

Price Industries Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering CO-OP for our growing US office and manufacturing facility located in Winder, GA
This position will work alongside our Manufacturing Engineers to drive Operational improvements in the Winder, GA plant. Areas of focus will include Process improvements, machinery upgrades, documentation enhancements and engineering support. The successful candidate will demonstrate energetic problem-solving skills to find better ways with an exceptional desire to learn. He/she will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing and Maintenance teams.
RESPONSIBILIITES
  • Drive integration with new factory floor Simulation systems (FlexSim) to enhance our predictability for Operations
  • Upgrade machinery equipment by design and fabricating prototype jigs and fixtures using 3D printers
  • Enhance our written Process documentation as we focus on Photo-based work instructions
  • Support Industrial Engineering team with larger projects such as Equipment installations

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 3rd semester Engineering student seeking an Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering degree
