Job Description:
Shape Process Automation (SPA) is looking for a Marketing and Sales Support Specialist to join our marketing team. As the Marketing and Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening Shape Process Automation's digital presence while supporting lead generation and sales pipeline growth. This role is responsible for executing social media strategy, managing inbound leads, and partnering closely with sales to drive measurable business results. This role has a primary focus on social media strategy and digital content (approximately 50%), with the remaining time supporting inbound lead management and sales coordination.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries, responding to calls and emails
  • Develop and execute structured follow-up strategies to convert marketing-generated leads into sales-qualified opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring CRM data integrity and actionable pipeline visibility
  • Partner closely with direct sales teams to distribute and route leads, ensure timely follow-up and provide visibility into lead status, engagement, and conversion trends
  • Act as a cross-functional liaison between sales and marketing to ensure alignment and seamless customer experience
  • Continuously build expertise in industrial automation solutions, applications, and competitive positioning
  • Success in this role will be measured by improvements in social media engagement, lead conversion rates, response times to inbound inquiries, and overall contribution to pipeline growth.

Marketing
  • Own execution of the company's social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, driving measurable growth in brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation
  • Create and manage high-quality content, including posts, graphics, captions, and campaign messaging aligned with solution, industry, and business priorities
  • Develop and maintain detailed content calendars
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to source content, highlight customer success stories, and translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling marketing content
  • Support execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, audience segmentation, and campaign setup
  • Manage and organize marketing assets (brochures, photos, videos, presentations), ensuring consistency, accessibility, and alignment with brand standards

Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this position.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

TRAVEL
  • Less than 10%

LOCATION
  • This position is primarily hybrid, with a minimum of three days per week onsite. However, remote work arrangements may be considered based on business needs and candidate experience.

QUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
  • Strong written communication and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different social media platforms and audiences
  • Experience with social media management and content calendars
  • Working knowledge of sales processes, lead management, CRM systems, and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support sales, marketing, and technical teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and a goal-oriented mindset

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3 -5 years of experience in a sales support, marketing, or hybrid commercial role, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing /industrial environment.
