Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to provide documentation and administrative support to the Site Manager and local management team. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and organizing technical and process-related documentation, supporting internal and external communications, coordinating documentation reviews, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical writing skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience managing documentation in a professional environment. Key Responsibilities Documentation & Technical Writing Develop, edit, format, and maintain technical documents, procedures, manuals, reports, and process documentation. Prepare and update presentations, process documents, and supporting materials for management and staff. Assist with the creation, revision, translation, and distribution of technical and procedural documentation. Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and compliance with departmental standards. Administrative & Management Support Provide documentation and administrative support to the Site Manager and direct reports. Act as a primary point of contact for documentation-related activities and requests. Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, quotations, and other business documents. Organize documentation plans, schedules, and project timelines to support operational effectiveness. Meeting & Communication Coordination Coordinate and organize internal and external documentation review meetings. Schedule meetings, reserve meeting rooms, and prepare meeting materials. Document meeting discussions, action items, and outcomes. Manage and coordinate technical documentation requests received through email, phone, and other communication channels. Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders. Document Control & Compliance Maintain document repositories, databases, and process files. Support document archiving and records management activities. Review and track procedural updates to ensure current documentation is readily available. Coordinate documentation updates and approvals through internal systems and workflows. Support vendor and Accounts Payable (AP) documentation processes as required. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.
