Job description

Title: Licensed Insurance Broker / Account Manager
Location: DFW Metroplex
Schedule: Full-time role with routine travel to various skilled nursing facilities
Reports to: Director of Business Development
Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 base, $500 car allowance, up to $100 cell phone reimbursement, plus an uncapped bonus/commission structure based on enrollments & milestones. ($30,000 to $40,000 in bonuses on average)

Job Summary
The ProCare Licensed Insurance Broker / Account Manager is responsible for healthcare sales, provider relations, and lead generation across assigned Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs). This role focuses on educating long-term care (LTC) residents and families about ProCare's customized Nurse Practitioner (NP) Care Model, generating referrals, and supporting monthly enrollment goals. The Licensed Insurance Broker / Account Manager builds strong relationships with facility partners, maintains accurate CRM documentation, and ensures a positive and professional experience for residents, families, and SNF staff.
Qualifications
• Valid Texas General Lines License for Health in good standing and AHIP 2026 Certificate (Medicare + Fraud, Waste, and Abuse)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care (LTC), managed care, or healthcare sales
• Experience in skilled nursing community relations, provider relations, or business development preferred
• Ability to travel with infrequent overnight stays
• Knowledge of reimbursement programs, payor sources, Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care processes
• Understanding of the LTC admissions process and electronic referral management
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding patient, employee, and company information
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer-service skills
• High School Diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; public speaking experience helpful
• Ability to read, write, and speak English; bilingual preferred
Essential Functions
• Make proactive contact with LTC residents and families to educate them on ProCare's NP Care Model and care expectations
• Generate an average of 10 direct referrals daily to support monthly enrollment goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the CRM (LeadMaster), including referral sources, facility activity, and territory updates
• Respond promptly and professionally to facility staff, residents, and families
• Provide feedback to the Manager of Business Development to improve referral outcomes and reporting processes
• Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and ongoing competency
• Promote company philosophy, service excellence, and quality-of-care standards
• Assist with additional duties and projects as assigned
