What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Probate Paralegal, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Probate Paralegal, you need a solid understanding of estate administration, probate law, and legal documentation, often supported by a paralegal certificate or relevant legal experience. Familiarity with case management software, court filing systems, and legal research tools is typically required. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication help you manage deadlines and support clients during sensitive situations.
