Established Law Firm in Northwest Suburbs concentrating in Family Law and Probate looking for an Associate Attorney.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in Family Law, Real Estate and Probate. This role involves legal research, negotiation and client advocacy. You will work closely with the senior attorney in a collaborative environment.

  • U.S. Work Authorization Required
  • Must have an active Illinois law license
  • Candidates must be able to commute to Park Ridge, Il 60068

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in depth legal research using platforms such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
  • Represent clients in court and other legal proceedings.
  • Collaborate with senior attorney on complex legal matters.
  • Maintain organized case documentation.
