Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated experienced PROBATE Paralegal to join our team. In this role, you will provide assistance to lawyers and clients. You will communicate with clients, compile client files, and draft documents. The ideal candidate will be able to work file from opening to closing.
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with attorneys and clients
  • Prepare case-specific documents- Probate
  • Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review
  • Maintain and update client files
  • Provide general administrative support
Qualifications
  • 2 Years experience is a must
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized with document management experience
  • Excellent research skills
  • Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
