Job description

Paralegal PARALEGAL ATLANTA METRO AREA, GA (REMOTE) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal with strong skills in personal injury law, discovery management, and transcript review. The ideal candidate will work closely with attorneys to support all phases of litigation, from case initiation through trial and settlement. Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of discovery procedures and court filing requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in reviewing and summarizing deposition transcripts and medical documentation.
  • Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and manage litigation files and discovery materials.
  • Draft and respond to discovery requests, subpoenas, and correspondence.
  • Review, analyze, and summarize medical records, depositions, and transcripts.
  • Assist attorneys in preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
  • Maintain case calendars, deadlines, and document databases.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, and witness materials.
  • Conduct legal and factual research as needed.
