Welcome to The Freelance Firm!
We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.
Due to increased demand, we are now interviewing for a full-time, hybrid, qualified, experienced and dedicated Orlando area-based Estate Planning/Trust and Litigation Paralegal.
Paralegal Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years Florida Estate Planning/Trust and Litigation experience
- Case Management
- Drafting pleadings/petitions/notices
- Drafting Estate Plans
- Client communications / follow-up
- Court/JA communication
- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines
- Self-starter and able to work independently
The annual salary for this position starts at $60,000, plus benefits.
