Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of probate administration
Provide legal guidance on estate settlements, fiduciary responsibilities, and asset distribution.
Communicate with clients, executors, and beneficiaries with empathy and professionalism.
Prepare and review probate pleadings, inventories, and accountings.
Assist with trust administration and related legal matters.
Stay up to date on probate laws and regulations to provide informed counsel to clients.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of probate law experience
Exceptional client experience skills with a focus on clear communication and compassionate guidance.
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and work independently.
Licensed to practice law in Florida
Experience with estate planning and trust administration is a plus.
