Account Manager (Customer Service / Logistics Support)
Location: Indianapolis, IN (East Side - Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay: $26/hour
Type: Temp-to-Hire
LHH is hiring an Account Manager to support a growing team on the east side of Indianapolis. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service or account management experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Logistics experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts from order entry through delivery
  • Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process orders, changes, cancellations, and returns accurately
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery or order issues
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or order processing
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems (ERP/CRM preferred)
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in logistics, distribution, or supply chain (not required)
