Join Millennium Print Group as a Manager, Memorabilia!

We're looking for an experienced manufacturing leader to oversee our Memorabilia operations in Morrisville, NC. This role is responsible for leading production teams, driving operational excellence, improving efficiencies, and ensuring quality, safety, and customer expectations are consistently achieved.

Location: Morrisville, NC
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily memorabilia production operations to achieve quality, productivity, and delivery goals.
  • Develop and execute departmental initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, employee development, and team performance.
  • Monitor production schedules and proactively address operational challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
  • Analyze production data and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Manage departmental budgets and operational resources.
  • Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Security, and Leadership teams to support business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and safety regulations.
  • Build and develop high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
  • Experience managing production operations within printing, sports card production, memorabilia production, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or 5S preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing information systems.
