Job description

Our global client in Miami, is seeking a Creative Project Manager to join their growing and collaborative team. The Creative Project Manager has a strong background in advertising with 4+ years of experience managing all aspects of 360 creative campaigns as well as digital, social media, video and print projects, developing and tracking timelines and project cots and works cross-functionally with creative teams and marketing departments. The Creative Project Manager is skilled Workfront (or similar) and has a background stemming from agencies or in-house marketing departments. Please note, this position is a long term contract position that is 40-hours a week, hybrid in the downtown Miami area.
  • Rate: $40-45
  • Location: Downtown Miami
  • Type: Long term contract | onsite 4 days a week; remote on Fridays
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage 360 campaigns as well as print, digital, social and marketing projects.
  • Develop and track timelines for a variety of projects ensuring adjustments are made as needed.
  • Ensure projects are meeting designated timelines and team members are on track to hit target dates.
  • Track projects in Workfront.
  • Hold status meetings.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure clear communication amongst creative team and key stakeholders.
  • Be solution-oriented in finding new and better to improve workflow and collaboration with partner teams.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of creative project management experience stemming from an advertising agency or in-house creative or marketing department.
  • Experienced in managing 360 and or integrated campaigns.
  • Excellent cross functional communication skills.
  • Proven experience in developing timelines, schedules, and project costs.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects and working under tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field (such as Advertising, Communications, Marketing, Etc.).
  • Available to work 4 days onsite in Miami, remote on Fridays.
