Job description

AlphaGraphics Lake Norman is a locally owned and operated marketing communications company. We are passionate about customer service and helping others achieve their business goals. We seek the right person to join our team as a Print Project Coordinator, a full-time position in Cornelius, NC.   If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, helping people, and being part of a successful team, this may be the opportunity for you. 
Project Coordinators are the first point of contact with prospects and customers, so the ability to provide exceptional customer service is vital to the business. 
 
 Responsibilities (include but are not limited to)
  • Answering clients' questions and concerns via phone, email, and in-person
  • Processing incoming leads and promptly creating estimates
  • Calling clients and prospects to review their estimates, artwork, and orders
  • Gathering and sharing clients’ requirements with our graphic designers
  • Creating and reviewing print specs and artwork before production to ensure the printed materials turn out as planned
  • Generating sales orders and processing payments
  • Keeping clients up to date on the status of their print job
Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Calm, Compassionate, and warm personality
  • Positive attitude and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent time management skills with an aptitude for punctuality
  • Ability to multitask while staying organized and attentive to details
Desired
  • 2+ years of customer service experience 
  • 1+ year of print or sign shop experience
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Knowledge of print terminology and design techniques
