Job description

Project Coordinator
Soni is partnered with a client seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the execution of direct marketing campaigns. This role will focus on campaign intake, data preparation, proofing, quality control, and overall campaign readiness.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal sales teams on campaign execution.
  • Capture, review, and validate campaign details for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure all required campaign elements are in place prior to production.
  • Review creative edits and proofreading updates within internal systems.
  • Partner with internal teams to clarify requests and resolve discrepancies.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure campaign accuracy and process compliance.
  • Prepare, clean, reconcile, and format campaign data files for mailing.
  • Support deduplication, suppression, filtering, and data validation.
  • Maintain organized project documentation across systems.
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, operations, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Ability to learn internal systems and campaign tools.

Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM.
  • Exposure to direct marketing, campaign execution, data coordination, or print/mail processes.
