 Project Manager
General Position Summary:  The role of the Project Manager is to lead, manage, facilitate and work as a member in a production based customer service support team in processing print production from initial client specifications through delivery and follow-up.  This position is accountable for the planning, budget control, quality, communication, information collection and dissemination, and process execution of the customer and team assigned.  At Eurostampa we believe in investing in our employees. Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead print production projects for customers by working with the customer and the assigned team.
  • Actively participate in achievement of business objectives.
  • Partner with sales and manufacturing departments to uniformly strive to meet and exceed the needs of the customer.
  • Participate in developing and modeling the behaviors and operating principles of the teams and work groups.
  • Lead problem-solving issues that result in corrective measures.
  • Actively participate in the development and enforcement of operational standards.
  • Actively participate in ongoing process improvement internally and externally to team operations.
  • Project Integration Management: Ensure that all elements of the project are properly coordinated.
  • Project Scope Management: Ensure that the project includes all the work required to complete the project successfully.
  • Press approval and print trial management: Follow the trials and the press approvals assuring the modifications and the samples requested by the customer for the project are collected and traced
  • Project Time Management: Ensure timely completion of the project.
  • Project Cost Management: Ensure that the project is completed within the approved budget.
  • Project Quality Management: Ensure that the project will satisfy the needs of the customer.
  • Project Human Resource Management: Ensure that the most effective people are involved in the project. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Project Communication Management: Ensure timely and appropriate generation, collection, dissemination, storage, and ultimate disposition of project information.
  •  Project Risk Management: Identify, analyze, and respond to project risks. Project Procurement Management: Coordinate with procurement to acquire goods and services from outside the organization.
  • Track order milestones and deliverables.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Determine the frequency and content of status reports, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
  • Proactively manage changes in order scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% annually to follow the projects on customers side or present to them new ideas.
  • Must work well with others in a team environment.
  •  Maintains a clean and organized work area.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Physical Demands

  • Move safely between office and production areas, which may involve exposure to noise, temperature variations, or dust.
  • Visually review documents, screens, and data for extended periods.
  • Wear required PPE when entering production areas (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, high visibility vests).

  • Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements, especially when entering production areas.
  • Participate in required safety and compliance training relevant to office and production adjacent work.
  • Follow safe travel practices in operational areas, including staying within designated walkways and observing posted warnings.
  • Immediately report observed unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or incidents in office or production areas.
  • Maintain an ergonomic, organized, and hazard free workspace to support safe and efficient operations.
  • Secure confidential and sensitive documents in accordance with company policy.

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of customer service / order management.
  • Three or more years of experience in customer service.
  • Second language knowledge (Spanish) preferred.
  • Any combination of experience will be determined by hiring manager.
