Print Operator –

Job Summary:

Responsible for improving print product quality, reducing the scrap rate in the production process, enhancing output.

Job Functions and Duties:

  • Use correct ink and screen according to production schedule.
  • Clean printing table, inspection table, and rollers.
  • Responsible for glass parameters, and printing screens.
  • Responsible for all quality checks for product and environment.
  • Responsible for printing quality sampling during production process.
  • Responsible for logo printing and ensuring correct date.
  • Responsible for printing specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Language – Ability to read and understand English documents as needed. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership, and auditors (ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus).
  • Experience – At least 5 years of manufacturing experience.
  • Education – High School Diploma or GED.
  • Physical Condition – Be able to withstand extreme factory conditions.

Professional Knowledge and Skills:

  • The manufacturing principles and technological processes, production process controls and quality management.
  • Knowledge of safety policies.
  • Understand production plan and efficiently be able to change screens.
  • Understand and familiar with printing principles, performance of silver paste and ceramic ink, operation and maintenance of printing equipment.
  • Understand logo and printing technical information.

Required Training:

  • Systematic training on lamination about processing, quality and equipment operating.
  • Factory cost management training.
  • TS16949 quality system training.
  • Quality Five Main Tool Training.
  • Systematic 5S/TPM/IE management training.
  • Must complete all training described in the Company’s Training Standard, in the areas of Safety, Output, Quality, Management, Leadership, 5S and Legal.
