Job description

Broadridge is growing! We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in our Kansas City, MO office. You will be working with our sales teams, vendors, materials, and clients directly. You must have good communications skills and you should be experienced working in a high-pressure, high-volume environment where accuracy is paramount.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge officeandgiven the flexibility to work remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

  • Work with DST/BFDS clients.

  • Quoting DRM multiple print mailings that requires quick turnaround.

  • Guide clients through Broadridge's various product offerings.

  • Display successful time management skills and maintain an ability to multi-task work with a variety of internal applications to provide clients with samples of Broadridge products.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures and make appropriate recommendations to ensure daily operations are efficient.

  • Coordinate testing for process enhancements.

  • Work collectively within a team environment while also managing your own dedicated client deliverables.

  • Maintains a demeanor of professionalism at work and begins to adopt Best Practices.

  • Share ideas for process improvement and process efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of direct marketing terminology, print, graphic, bindery, working with paper manufacturing and vendors.

  • Proven proficiency in maintaining clients, high client satisfaction and overall client advocacy.

  • Strong use of MS Office suite of products.

  • Extremely detail oriented, ability to multi-task and excellent follow-up skills.

  • Web Development (HTML, CSS) experience.

  • Adobe Acrobat.
