Job Description:

The Marketing Procurement team is responsible for sourcing and managing the production of marketing materials across the Abercrombie & Fitch brands. We are seeking a naturally curious, proactive self-starter who brings strong critical thinking skills and thrives in a fast-paced, digitally driven environment.

This role requires a highly collaborative relationship builder who can effectively partner with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and strategic suppliers. Success in this position depends on the ability to communicate clearly, manage competing priorities, and drive alignment across multiple partners.

Based at our Global Home Office in Columbus, OH, this role will support the Hollister brand and focus on managing direct spend and production across key print marketing categories.
What Will You Be Doing?

  • Build and cultivate strong cross-functional partnerships with key stakeholders, primarily within Marketing and Creative, to understand business needs and deliver impactful solutions

  • Support and independently manage assigned categories and initiatives, with guidance from senior Procurement team members

  • Own the end-to-end process of marketing production, including gathering, organizing, and aligning inputs across cross-functional teams

  • Serve as a day-to-day liaison between Visual, Creative, and Operational teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution

  • Partner closely with Traffic to ensure all print jobs are accurately entered and maintained in ISM in accordance with timelines

  • Manage vendor timelines to ensure artwork is received, approvals are secured, and proofs are delivered on schedule

  • Attend press checks as needed to ensure quality and alignment to brand standards

  • Ensure all materials are delivered on time, within budget, meet quality expectations, and comply with company sourcing and procurement policies

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including Brand Management, Creative, Brand Visual, Marketing Strategy, and Store Operations

  • Lead supplier selection processes through RFI, RFP, and other strategic sourcing methodologies

  • Identify and manage strategic vendor relationships to drive value, innovation, and execution excellence

  • Promote supplier diversity, sustainability, and ESG initiatives in alignment with company priorities

  • Ensure supplier compliance with internal standards and external regulations

What Do You Need To Bring?

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience, minimum 3 years of experience in procurement; experience in Print Production or other direct spend categories is a plus

  • Superior customer service delivery, communicates in a highly effective, yet approachable manner; able to communicate with all levels of the business across the organization and the globe

  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels and global teams

  • Customer-focused mindset with a collaborative approach to building business partnerships

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs

  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated and resilient in tackling challenges

  • Ability to handle protected vendor data with discretion and follow compliance protocols

  • Willingness to work alternate hours as needed to support global time zones

  • Thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment

  • Comfortable operating in evolving environments with changing priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with PeopleSoft, iValua, and DocuSign is a plus

  • Desire to learn, improve, and take on new challenges
