Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Print Operator to join our Printing Department. As a Digital Print Operator, you'll play a hands-on role in producing critical customer communications, including statements, invoices, notices, and other variable-data documents.

From preparing files to operating high-speed laser and inkjet printing equipment, you'll help ensure projects are produced accurately, efficiently, and on time. You'll collaborate closely with Client Services, Sales, IT, and Production teams in a fast-paced environment where quality, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.

No prior print industry experience is required-we provide training. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with technology, solving problems, and building a long-term career in production operations.


What You Will Do

  • Prepare and coordinate print jobs from setup through completion
  • Communicate with Client Services, Sales, and IT to ensure projects meet specifications, standards, and deadlines
  • Set up and operate high-speed laser and inkjet printers, producing variable-data documents
  • Perform quality checks and verify document accuracy throughout production runs
  • Reprint damaged or defective documents as needed
  • Stage, acclimate, and change paper rolls safely and efficiently
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance on printing equipment
  • Operate inline finishing equipment, including folders, bundlers, and stackers
  • Monitor production workflows and prioritize jobs to meet deadlines
  • Assist with print-to-mail production processes
  • Identify and report equipment, workflow, or quality issues
  • Maintain strong, professional relationships with vendors
  • Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized
  • Follow all quality, security, and safety procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For

  • No prior experience required-we will train the right candidate
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat, print software, email, and internet applications is a      plus
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, mailing, copy center,      or print environments is preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical equipment operation
  • Experience with continuous roll-fed equipment and DFEs (Fiery, Prisma, TotalFlow) is      a plus
  • Knowledge of USPS postal regulations is a plus
  • Ability to pass drug screening, E-Verify, and background check
