Summary
As a Print Operations Business Analyst - Hybrid, you will oversee day-to-day Print Services operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and alignment with business needs. This role also drives reporting, analysis, performance tracking, and end-to-end change order management.
Your role in our mission
  • Oversight of operations for all Print Services, including supervision of Print facility staff involved in delivering Print Services.
  • Single Point of Contact for all day to day operational communications to and from the Project Manager and customer.
  • Service Level Agreement management monitoring and reporting.
  • Print Schedule management and communication.
  • Incident management oversight, monitoring and communication.
  • Escalation to Project Manager for issue resolution.
  • Inventory management for pre-printed and other necessary materials stored at the Primary and Backup Facilities.
  • Manage the response to identified critical incidents identified by the Customer and/or Print Center staff and will act as the liaison between the customer and Print Center staff on all recovery activities, including but not limited to annual tests and/or simulations.

What we're looking for
  • Three or more years of Business Analyst experience
  • Preferred experience leading Print Services operations support
  • Proven experience in reporting, analysis, and performance tracking
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to independently identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with minimal direction
  • End-to-end management of the change order process, from initiation through completion
  • Self-starter who demonstrates strong initiative, learns quickly, and adapts effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA is preferred, with the ability and willingness to learn as needed
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to communicate effectively with business leaders, clients, and technical teams
  • Influential team player who motivates others and thrives in a collaborative team environment

  • Candidate must live within commuting (1 hour driving) distance to our Gold River, CA office for this hybrid position - Greater Sacramento, CA.
  • Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation

The pay range for this position is $59,500.00 - $85,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
