The Director, Global Managed Print Services is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide strategy, governance, and operational management of managed print services across the organization. This role oversees global print operations including office, branch, and specialized print environments across all supported regions, ensuring services are secure, standardized, cost-effective, and aligned to business requirements.

The role is accountable for driving simplification, standardization, and optimization of the global print estate through lifecycle governance, operational oversight, and strategic transformation initiatives. This includes leading global print strategy, reducing operational complexity, optimizing costs, improving service performance, and ensuring consistent delivery across regions and business lines.

Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
Creates an environment in which their team pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk. 
Builds a high performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment and using a coaching mindset and behaviours; communicating vison/values/business strategy; and, managing succession and development planning for the team.
Define and maintain the enterprise-wide managed print services strategy, standards, policies, and operating model.
Drive simplification, consolidation, and standardization of the global print estate across offices, branches, and operational environments.
Establish governance frameworks for print lifecycle management, operational performance, vendor accountability, and service reporting.
Identify and execute optimization opportunities focused on cost reduction, utilization improvement, and operational efficiency.
Oversee global print service operations including deployments, refreshes, upgrades, break/fix coordination, and operational support activities
Ensure print services are delivered consistently across global regions while balancing local business and regulatory requirements.
Monitor service performance, operational health, device utilization, lifecycle metrics, and service-related KPIs.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, employee experience, and operational scalability
Oversee vendor performance, service delivery quality, contractual obligations, SLA management, and financial performance.
Lead global forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning activities related to managed print services.
Partner with Procurement and Finance teams on sourcing strategies, vendor evaluations, commercial negotiations, and renewals.
Lead and develop a small globally distributed managed print services team.
Partner with senior technology and business stakeholders to align print services with enterprise priorities and operational requirements.
Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have:
University degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
8-10+ years of progressive experience in technology operations, managed print services, workplace technology, or infrastructure operations.
Experience managing enterprise-scale vendor relationships, managed service providers, and operational technology services.
Strong understanding of managed print operations, lifecycle management, service delivery, and operational governance practices.
Experience leading operational transformation, standardization, and cost optimization initiatives.
Strong financial management, stakeholder management, and executive communication capabilities.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams within complex enterprise environments.
