ย The Global Managed Print Services Specialist is responsible for supporting the operational management, coordination, and continuous improvement of managed print services across the organization. The role supports the execution of the global managed print strategy through operational oversight, vendor coordination, reporting, service delivery management, and lifecycle support activities.ย 

ย The role will work closely with regional teams, vendors, Procurement, and Technology partners to ensure managed print services are delivered consistently, efficiently, and aligned with enterprise standards and operational requirements.ย

  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.ย 
  • Support global managed print operations including deployments, refreshes, upgrades, break/fix coordination, and service delivery activities.ย 
  • Coordinate operational activities with print vendors, managed service providers, logistics partners, and regional support teams to ensure consistent service delivery and standards adoptionย 
  • Monitor service performance, device utilization, operational KPIs, lifecycle reporting, and vendor performance metricsย 
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, inventory planning, and print estate optimization initiatives.ย 
  • Drive operational process improvements focused on simplification, standardization, reporting, and service quality improvements.ย 
  • Support governance activities related to lifecycle compliance, operational reporting, asset tracking, and service management processes.ย 
  • Partner with Technology and Procurement teams on vendor management activities, operational escalations, and service improvement initiatives ย 
  • Understand how the Bank's risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.ย 
  • Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of their respective areas in accordance with Scotiabank's Values, its Code of Conduct and the Global Sales Principles, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational, compliance, AML/ATF/sanctions and conduct risk. ย

  • University degree in Business, Information Technology, or related discipline.ย 
  • 5-8+ years of experience in managed print services, workplace technology operations, or infrastructure operations.ย 
  • Strong understanding of print operations, lifecycle management, operational reporting, and service management processes.ย 
  • Experience with operational governance, process improvement, and vendor coordination activities.ย 
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.ย
