The Sales Operations & Execution Manager is responsible for leading day-to-day operational execution across the Canadian business by ensuring strong alignment between Sales and Supply Chain. This role provides critical visibility to service performance, inventory, and supply risks, enabling teams to maximize fill rates and deliver against customer commitments.
The role partners closely with Customer Development, Sales Planning, and Supply Chain teams to manage execution, resolve issues, and deliver clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.

About You

In one of our professional roles, you'll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. Job responsibilities include:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of supply and service performance across the business, ensuring alignment between demand and supply
  • Monitor fill rates, cuts, inventory, and allocation risks; identify gaps and drive actions to support service recovery
  • Lead issue resolution and escalation management for supply-related risks impacting customer service
  • Support forecasting processes by identifying risks, gaps, and accuracy issues, and enabling improved execution
  • Own and maintain reporting across service performance, cuts, and operational metrics; translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership
  • Support ongoing reporting and tools (e.g., environment scorecards, plan accuracy reporting) to enable visibility and decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and cross-functional coordination across Sales and Supply Chain
  • This role will also work closely with the Sr. Sales Strategy Operations & Execution Manager to support with ad hoc operational priorities, including but not limited to; GS1 and ECC Net, AOP Sampling and Ad Hoc Customer Requests

To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Supply Chain, or related roles within a CPG environment
  • Experience with TPM, forecasting, or reporting tools
  • Strong analytical capability with advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders

Salary Range: 110,120 - 135,960 CADAt Kimberly-Clark, pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package, which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve, thrive and grow. Along with base pay, this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors, such as location, role, skills, performance, and experience.
