Role: Principal Consultant - Oracle Identity & Access Management
Duration: Full TIme
Location : Santa Clara, CA
Qualifications
Basic

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of experience in IT Security
Preferred
At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture
Should have knowledge on various IDAM product.
At Least 7 Years of experience working with Oracle Identity & Access Management.
Should be excellent communication skills, Presentation skills, Stakeholder management skills.
He/she should require to own end to end Major/critical Incidents and drive it's resolution over call/bridge along with SME, Vendors and customer to quickly restore the service.
Should be able to participate in incidents management meeting, handle the crisp customer communication over email/call, should be able to update status to customer leadership team.
Financial Domain Knowledge
Exceptional communications capabilities, giving presentations, and speaking publicly. Must be approachable, a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their experience in a highly evolving technology focused environment. Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with project management
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
Ability to Connect and manage client
