About the Role
Essity's Health and Medical Solutions North America team is looking for an experienced Pricing Administrator. We're looking for someone with an interest in business systems and preferred experience utilizing SAP software to support and implement product and pricing changes and updates.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver administrative and operational support; ensuring clear communication across stakeholders.
  • Maintain the agreement tracker, manage sales communications, and execute SAP data updates to ensure system accuracy.
  • Drive annual pricing updates within SAP and related tools.
  • Monitor customer account needs and issues, recommending proactive solutions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Service, Sales, and others to resolve customer, pricing, and SAP-related issues quickly.
  • Conduct basic research on accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support team initiatives.
  • Analyze active opportunities to identify improvements or growth potential.
  • Execute additional projects and duties that support Commercial Excellence goals.

Who You Are
  • Bachelor's Degree, Associates Degree or minimum 2 years of experience in business, administration, healthcare, pricing, contracts or related field/industry;
  • Preferred experience in SAP; PowerBI; CRM;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and effective communicator;
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented;
  • Takes initiative to proactively seek solutions;
  • Dedicated team player;
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment;
  • Highly productive and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
