Position: ServiceTitan Coach and Consultant
As a ServiceTitan Coach and Consultant, your role is vital to our clients' success. You'll use your platform expertise to provide outstanding support, manage multiple projects efficiently, and ensure client satisfaction through effective ServiceTitan configurations. We place high value on individuals who are organized, people-oriented, and forward-thinking, with an ability to anticipate client needs and optimize ServiceTitan to drive growth.
Key Role Focus: Coaching within all modules in ServiceTitan CRM.
A primary responsibility of this role is experience with best practices and proper workflows within ServiceTitan. Experience with setting up payroll, technician mobile side, accounting, call booking, memberships, Inventory/Purchasing, Marketing Pro, Phones Pro, Scheduling Pro, etc.
What You'll Do:
Assist in onboarding clients and implementation to ServiceTitan CRM a from another platform.Work with clients who have been on ServiceTitan but need help from an expert on what they can improve on.Schedule and manage daily client appointments, including both new and existing accounts (Coaching will manage around 15 accounts on average)Conduct pre-assessments on each account to deliver tailored ServiceTitan solutions through an account analysis.Input and oversee client data within our CRM systemTroubleshoot and resolve client usage issues promptlyReport weekly on task progress and project completionConduct on-site visits as needed (90% remote, with occasional in-office communication)Execute Pricebook import/export processes using Microsoft Excel for client training, optimization, and build-outs
Requirements:
This is a non entry level role. This is a ServiceTitan Specialist Role.Expertise in best business practices in ServiceTitan and CRM customization2-3 Years Experience within ServiceTitan SoftwareServiceTitan Coaching Certification (All candidates must be coaching certified within 90 days of employment. Certifications to be earned on your own time outside of work)Proficiency in ServiceTitan workflows: setup, configuration, and best practicesStrong accounting workflows and customer management skillsSkilled in dispatching, call booking, estimates, financing partnerships (GoodLeap, Greensky, Service Finance), invoicing, memberships, inventory, and marketingKnowledge of mobile and payment workflows, phones, forms, tax zones, and backend configurationsAdvanced knowledge of Pricebooks and Microsoft Excel, including import/export functionsFamiliarity with QuickBooks (Desktop/Online) and Intacct integration for basic reporting and configurations
