Role Overview

This is an in-office position based in Temple, Texas.

Our Managed Services team is growing, and we are looking for detail-oriented team members to support our Store Processing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and validating daily store transaction data, ensuring accuracy and timely flow of information across systems for our convenience retail customers.

You'll work closely with a collaborative team to monitor data, identify issues, and troubleshoot discrepancies. Using PDI's software solutions, you will help ensure that sales, inventory, and operational data are accurately captured and available for downstream reporting and analysis.

This role is essential to maintaining data integrity and supporting the day-to-day operations of our customers. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and contributing to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and record business transactions for assigned accounts
  • Interface with store managers and personnel to ensure efficient store processing, providing timely and accurate data, preparing statements and basic financial reports
  • Process daily store transaction data, including sales, fuel, and inventory activity
  • Validate and review data for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies or processing issues
  • Monitor data flows between store systems and enterprise platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Accounting, Pricebook, Reconciliation) to ensure data accuracy
  • Troubleshoot system or data issues and escalate when needed
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of processing activities
  • Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes
  • Meet daily processing deadlines and service level expectations
  • Provide support to customers and internal stakeholders as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Convenience store or retail experience is a plus

$33,280 - $33,280 a year
