Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Reports to: Regional Controller

Location: Yorktown, IN

Primary Purpose of Role

The Senior Financial Analyst supports financial operations and reporting while partnering with the business to ensure accuracy, compliance, and performance visibility. This role plays a key part in financial closing, planning processes, cost analysis, and internal controls, while assisting the Controller in driving financial discipline, operational insight, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Compliance

Assist in preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and key performance indicators

Support timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes

Help ensure compliance with US GAAP, local GAAP, and corporate accounting policies

Maintain adherence to internal controls, SOX requirements, and governance standards

Support internal and external audit processes and follow up on findings

Planning, Forecasting & Performance Management

Assist in annual budget, strategic plan, and rolling forecast preparation

Perform variance analysis (Actual vs Plan/Forecast) and highlight key drivers

Support monitoring of financial performance, including costs, profitability, and cash flow

Prepare reports and dashboards to track KPIs and operational performance

Contribute to CAPEX tracking and investment analysis

Business Support and Analysis

Partner with operations and functional teams to provide financial insights

Support decision-making through data analysis and reporting

Assist in evaluating business trends, risks, and opportunities

Help ensure alignment between financial plans and operational execution

Help supporting the sales team in pricing analysis

Cost Control & Process Improvement

Support cost control initiatives and tracking of cost reduction actions

Assist in analyzing cost structures and identifying efficiency opportunities

Participate in process improvements and standardization efforts

Contribute to improving reporting tools, systems, and data quality

Maintain Standard Costs updated

Risk Management & Controls

Assist in identifying financial and operational risks

Support implementation and monitoring of mitigation plans

Help maintain a strong internal control environment and safeguard company assets

Promote compliance with corporate policies and ethical standards

Team & Cross Functional Collaboration

Collaborate with plant, regional, and shared service finance teams

Support coordination across functions to ensure alignment on financial data
