Financial Analyst
Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time | Onsite

Are you a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a passion for turning numbers into actionable insights? We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team and help drive data-informed decisions that support our business growth.

What You’ll Do:
  • Analyze financial data and performance to support strategic planning and decision-making

  • Develop forecasts, budgets, and financial models

  • Monitor KPIs and provide insight into variances and trends

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial outcomes

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Assist with ad hoc financial projects and data requests

✅ What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related field

  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
