Position Overview:
Chameleon Beverage is seeking a highly skilled Digital Production Manager to oversee and manage our in-plant digital printing operations for water bottle production. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, high-quality output using advanced digital printing technology, including the HP Indigo 6K+ Digital Press and ABG Digicon Lite Finishing Press. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for operational excellence in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Production Management:
    • Oversee daily operations of the HP Indigo 6K+ and ABG Digicon Lite finishing equipment.
    • Ensure optimal press performance, color consistency, and quality standards.
    • Manage production schedules to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
  • Workflow amp; Process Optimization:
    • Implement best practices for digital printing workflows, including file preparation, color management, and finishing processes.
    • Monitor and improve efficiency, reducing waste and maximizing throughput.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and train press operators and finishing staff.
    • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintenance amp; Troubleshooting:
    • Coordinate routine maintenance and service for digital presses and finishing equipment.
    • Troubleshoot technical issues and liaise with vendors for support when needed.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
