Metal Stamping Operator
Location: Broadview, IL
Job Type: Full-Time | 1st Shift | Direct Hire Position
Pay Range: $17.00-28.00 (depending on experience)

About the Role
We are seeking a Metal Stamping Operator for our manufacturing client located in Broadview. This DIRECT HIRE position is responsible for setting up and operating conventional stamping equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load and unload parts on machinery and maintain equipment according to company standards.
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure compliance with blueprints and quality requirements.
  • Operate and adjust equipment to maintain proper work procedures.
  • Accurately report production data to the supervisor and enter information in Plex.
  • Follow work instructions to complete production assignments within the scheduled timeframe.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all safety regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements using lean manufacturing concepts.
  • Assist with loading and unloading coils when the material handler is unavailable.

  • Previous Metal Stamping or Press Operation Experience –6 months minimum experience.
  • Ability to read and use measuring equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
