LOCATION: The SVP of Sales position is a remote, work-from-home role, as are all positions at Acceleration Partners (a structure central to our culture and vision to change the work/life paradigm). Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events. Candidates should be based in the U.S., with a preference for the Central or Eastern time zones.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the partnership marketing industry continues to expand and converge across affiliate, influencer, and retail media channels, Acceleration Partners (AP) is seeking a VP of Sales to lead the company\'s next phase of commercial growth.

This leader will be responsible for building and executing AP\'s global sales strategy, accelerating net new revenue growth, expanding enterprise relationships, and scaling a high-performing consultative sales organization. The role requires a commercially driven executive with deep enterprise sales leadership experience, strong services-based selling acumen, and the ability to navigate complex, relationship-oriented buying environments with global brands.

The successful candidate will bring a proven track record of leading enterprise sales organizations in competitive, services-driven markets. They will be fluent in enterprise sales motions, including complex RFP-driven processes, and capable of building a disciplined, metrics-oriented sales culture focused on pipeline quality, forecasting rigor, and long-term client value.

TOP 5 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Revenue Leadership & Sales Strategy: Define and execute AP\'s global sales strategy to accelerate net new revenue growth, expand enterprise relationships, and strengthen AP\'s position within the partnership marketing ecosystem.
  2. Sales Organization Development: Scale and evolve the sales organization by implementing value-based consultative selling practices, improving pipeline management and forecasting rigor, and enhancing enterprise sales capabilities across the team.
  3. Enterprise Sales Execution: Lead complex enterprise sales cycles with global brands, including highly consultative and RFP-driven engagements across affiliate, influencer, and retail media services.
  4. Channel & Partnership Development: Expand AP\'s reach through referral, channel, and strategic partnership relationships that support new business generation and long-term market expansion.
  5. Senior Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a key member of the leadership team, partnering closely with client services, finance, operations, and marketing to ensure alignment around growth objectives, client expansion, and commercial performance.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven ability to scale enterprise sales organizations within services-driven or agency-oriented business models.
  • Deep experience leading consultative enterprise sales motions, including complex and RFP-heavy buying environments with large global brands.
  • Strong operator with the ability to instill forecasting rigor, pipeline discipline, and value-based sales methodologies.
  • Experience building and leading high-performing distributed sales teams in remote-first environments.
  • Commercially sophisticated and relationship-oriented, with strong executive presence and credibility with senior marketing and procurement stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in PE-backed or growth-oriented environments with high accountability and ambitious growth expectations.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to partner cross-functionally across client services, operations, finance, and executive leadership.
