Position Overview

The CEO will have end-to-end ownership of the business—driving both Revenue/Sales Acquisition and Global Delivery Engine Management across the US and India. The core priority for this role is immediate, network-driven new customer acquisition and laying the structural groundwork to scale the organization exponentially.

This role offers executive stock options and bonus incentives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network-Driven Customer Acquisition & $500M Scaling Strategy

• Leverage executive contacts, industry relationships, and enterprise networks to open doors and secure new strategic enterprise accounts immediately.

• Architect and execute a multi-year growth roadmap to scale revenues to $500M within 5 years.

• Build and drive executive-level sales strategies across IT consulting, workforce solutions, and managed tech services.

2. End-to-End Operational Ownership (Sales & Delivery)

• Maintain direct oversight and P&L accountability for both global sales operations and delivery functions.

• Align and optimize cross-border operations between US commercial teams and India delivery centers to ensure high-margin execution and client satisfaction.

• Build, mentor, and scale a lean, high-accountability leadership team capable of managing hyper-growth.

3. Strategic Vision & Enterprise Value

• Define high-growth service offerings around cloud, AI/ML, and next-generation IT workforce models.

• Establish key strategic partnerships, vendor alliances, and channel distribution models.

Qualifications & Core Requirements

• Proven Growth Record: Experience scaling an IT services, staffing, or consulting business rapidly toward multi-hundred-million-dollar revenue targets.

• Extensive C-Level Network: Immediate access to enterprise CIOs, CTOs, procurement leads, and MSP partners to drive new logo acquisition from Day 1.

• Full Lifecycle P&L Management: Deep expertise running both revenue generation (Sales) and operational execution (Global Delivery).

• Cross-Border Leadership: Demonstrated history managing integrated teams across the United States and India.

• Entrepreneurial Ownership: High-velocity execution, strategic agility, and an owner mentality.

Compensation & Engagement Model
