• Conduct thorough clinical assessments, evaluations, and diagnoses of clients' mental health needs to inform personalized treatment strategies.
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
• Establish measurable therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Deliver teletherapy services to ensure accessibility for clients facing geographical, physical, or emotional barriers to in-person sessions.
• Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of treatment plans, sessions, and outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development activities to enhance therapeutic techniques and keep abreast of the latest mental health practices.

You will work with individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship difficulties. Our approach emphasizes building trusting relationships, and you will facilitate a safe space for clients to express themselves and experience growth.

• Possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• Holds a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in communication, empathy, and active listening, essential for building strong therapeutic alliances.
• Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload effectively while maintaining high-quality service delivery and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with culturally sensitive therapy practices.
• Proficient in telehealth technology and comfortable delivering virtual therapy sessions with various platforms.
• Previous experience in community health settings or private practice environments is advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to salary, enjoy the following benefits:
