Job description

We are seeking a senior Consulting Partner to lead strategic client engagement for Baxter in the Chicago area. This role will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CIO, CTO, Business Leadership) and drive large-scale IT and business transformation initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible for shaping and delivering CIO Advisory services including IT Strategy, Enterprise Architecture, IT Operating Model Transformation, Vendor Rationalization, and AI-enabled transformation initiatives.
This role requires strong executive presence, healthcare domain expertise, and experience in leading consulting engagements within complex, regulated environments. The Consulting Partner will also play a critical role in account growth, relationship management, and positioning TCS as a strategic transformation partner.
Qualifications:
โ€ข 16+ years of experience in IT Consulting / Advisory
โ€ข Proven experience as Partner / Director / Principal in Big 4 or equivalent consulting firms
โ€ข Strong experience in Healthcare / Life Sciences domain (preferred Baxter familiarity)
โ€ข Demonstrated experience in:
o IT Strategy & Governance
o IT Operating Model Transformation (preferably Product-Based Operating Model)
o Enterprise Architecture
o Vendor & Portfolio Rationalization
o Digital / AI Transformation
โ€ข Strong executive stakeholder management (CIO / CDO / CTO level)
โ€ข Experience managing large transformation programs ($10M+)
โ€ข Ability to drive business development and account growth
โ€ข Strong communication and leadership skills
Salary Range: $217,022 - $293,618 a year
