Compensation:

Shift:
  • Day shift, Monday to Friday with ample overtime + occasional on-call.

Description:
Field Service Techs will be responsible for the on-site installation and support of mechanical and electrical components and systems, ensuring the machinery is properly installed and operational.
Detail-oriented Field Service Techs are responsible for the on-site maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of machinery along with reporting issues and completing documentation.
Key Qualifications:
  • Previous printing, corrugated, prepress, postpress, flexo presses, folding and other printing/boxing equipment is extremely beneficial.
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, and/or any kind of mechanical maintenance is preferred.
  • Experience with electrical systems is a definite asset; AC & DC as well as three-phase wiring.
  • Knowledge of SPS Programming, automation technology and drive technologies.
  • Ability to conduct installation, diagnostics, troubleshooting, programming, repairs and provide recommendations.
  • Maintain up-to-date training while providing remote support.
  • Excellent customer service skills and communication.
  • Exceptional problem solving, troubleshooting, diagnosis and documentation.
