Job description

We're looking for a Workflow Operations Manager to lead a critical part of that system: the team responsible for transforming data, files, and customer inputs into production-ready output.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex operational problems, and is naturally curious about how systems, data, and workflows connect.

What You'll Do
• Lead and develop teams across Prepress, Data/Mailing Services, and Storefront operations
• Ensure files, data, storefront orders, and workflows are accurate and production-ready
• Improve processes, reduce inefficiencies, and support workflow automation initiatives
• Partner with Production, Scheduling, Account Management, IT, and Client Services to support smooth execution
• Help build scalable, repeatable systems that improve quality, speed, and accountability
