We're looking for a detail-driven, tech-savvy Electronic Prepress/CTP Operator to help us keep that legacy going strong.


The Opportunity

Ever wonder what happens between “send to print” and a flawless finished piece? That's where you come in. As our Electronic Prepress/CTP Operator, you'll be the critical link between digital design and physical print, preparing files with precision and operating the Computer-to-Plate (CTP) equipment that brings every job to life. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Kodak Prinergy is a plus, but if you've got a sharp eye for detail and a willingness to learn, we'll teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

•      Prepare and process digital files for print production using Adobe Creative Suite and related prepress software

•      Operate Computer-to-Plate (CTP) equipment to produce high-quality printing plates

•      Inspect files and finished plates for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to client specifications

•      Partner with the Prepress team to manage workflow and keep priorities on track

•      Keep equipment and workspaces clean, organized, and running smoothly

•      Stay current on the latest prepress technology and industry developments

What You'll Bring


•      Strong computer skills and comfort with Adobe Creative Suite applications; familiarity with Kodak Prinergy is a plus (not required)

•      Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to stay accurate and efficient in a fast-paced environment
