PREMIUM SERVICE COORDINATOR

The Role:

The Premium Service Coordinator is responsible for acting as wait staff in a Premium Club.

Please note:SoFi Stadium Food and Beverage employees are covered by a collective bargaining agreement with Unite Here Local 11, and a condition of employment is union membership.

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for acting as wait staff for a Premium Club.
Setting up assigned Clubs to accommodate food and beverage orders for the day.
Taking and delivering day-of-game orders by fulfilling all guest requests.
Maintaining a professional, upscale image in both personal appearance and immediate work area cleanliness.
Accountable for taking payment through the proper POS system and cleaning the Club upon completion of event.
Qualifications
Must have availability to work nights and weekends
Ability to communicate with others professionally and respectfully
Ability to participate in a team environment
All applicants must be at least 21 years of age
Strong attention to detail and extremely organized with elevated time management and prioritizing skills.
Ability to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.
Must be able to work fluently in English
Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 35 pounds up and down stairs/ramps
Awareness of customer services and needs
Ability to understand written and oral directions
Flexible work schedule availability (event based schedule)
High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred.
Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.

Required Certifications:

1. CA Food Handlers Certification:
This certification is required for all positions in the following departments:

  • Catering
  • Clubs
  • Concessions
  • Culinary
  • Stewarding (Dishwashing)
  • Suites
  • Warehouse

2. CA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification:
This certification is required for all positions in the following departments:

  • Catering
  • Clubs
  • Concessions
  • Suites

IMPORTANT:You must pass the exam at the end of the course to obtain the RBS certification.

Compensation: $16.90 p/h
