Premier Eyecare Associates, a well-established practice with five locations in North Central Missouri, is seeking an Associate Optometrist to join its growing team. As a trusted regional provider of comprehensive eye care services, the practice is dedicated to enhancing lives through vision. What you'll do:
Working full-time, 36 to 40 hours weekly, you'll have the unique opportunity to manage and provide care for patients while developing business aspects for the practice. You'll provide comprehensive eye and contact lens exams, diagnosing and managing ocular disease, and fit contact lenses. You'll also rely on your experience to recommend eyewear, vision-enhancing products, and contact lenses for long-term use. A typical day involves treating 10 to 12 patients, with the goal of increasing to 22 to 24 patients per day over six months. You'll also have access to advanced technology such as Optos, OCT, Zeiss Diagnostic Equipment, and Compulink. Working closely with a team of talented professionals, including opticians and administrative staff, you'll collaborate to create a seamless and compassionate experience for each patient. This is a Monday through Friday position, with no weekends and an early office close on Fridays at 1pm!
