Job description

GovSG is seeking a SAP ERP Access Violation Management (AVM) Team Member to support the AVM program by monitoring exceptions, performing initial triage, collecting evidence, and tracking remediation activities under established procedures.
This position is remote but based out of Washington D.C..
Position Duties:
  • Monitor AVM queues/inboxes and intake access-violation cases (e.g., SoD conflicts, elevated access exceptions, access outside policy).
  • Perform initial triage: validate request completeness, confirm user/role/application details, and route to correct owners (IT, application, business).
  • Collect and organize audit evidence (approvals, tickets, logs, screenshots, recertification outputs) following documentation standards.
  • Track case status, due dates, and remediation actions in the case management or GRC tool; follow up with stakeholders for closure.
  • Support periodic activities: access reviews, exception recertifications, metrics reporting, and control attestations.
  • Escalate aging/high-risk items per playbooks and ensure communications are clear and professional.
  • Other duties as assigned
Position Required
  • DoD Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrated experience working with SAP Navy ERP systems
  • Experience providing Tier 3 or advanced functional/technical support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to train diverse user groups
  • Understanding of Navy workflows, financial processes, or supply operations
Salary: $118,000- $131,000. Actual compensation offered to candidate will vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
