Job Summary: Maintenance Mechanic / Technician

Shift: Maintenance Mechanic / Technician

  • Monday - Friday
  • 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Expected Hours: Maintenance Mechanic / Technician

  • 40 Hours
  • Overtime When Needed

Pay Frequency: Maintenance Mechanic / Technician

  • Bi-Weekly

Essential Functions: Maintenance Mechanic / Technician

  • Execute routine preventive maintenance tasks on corrugated manufacturing machinery.
  • Follow established schedules to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with corrugated machinery to identify root causes.
  • Conduct repairs on malfunctioning machinery, including replacing parts and components.
  • Collaborate with machine operators, production supervisors, and other maintenance technicians.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.
  • Participate in equipment upgrade projects to enhance machinery capabilities.

Education / Physical / Requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Lift up to 25 lbs. alone and up to 50 lbs. assisted.
  • Technical education or certification in maintenance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with corrugated manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Proficient in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of machinery.
  • Capability to interpret and understand electrical schematics, diagrams, and blueprints.
  • Perform repairs on malfunctioning electrical components, such as motors, sensors, and switches.
  • Replace faulty electrical parts and ensure compatibility with existing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
