Job Title:
Digital Marketing Coordinator, Premium
Pay Details:
The starting hourly rate range for this position is $25.00 to $30.00 per hour. The actual hourly rate offered will take internal value, peer equity, job-related factors, and other organizational considerations into account.
The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing email and online advertising campaigns for the Anaheim Ducks and Premium Seating at Honda Center to maximize sales revenue, data acquisition, fan engagement, awareness and lead generation. The role also includes analyzing and reporting on digital marketing performance to drive continuous optimization.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate email marketing initiatives, including newsletters, automated lead nurturing and customer account notifications for the Anaheim Ducks and Premium Seating at Honda Center Support both revenue generating campaigns and brand or fan engagement initiatives across multiple business lines
  • Work with vendors to develop and optimize online advertising campaigns (display and SEM) for Ducks and Honda Center Premium Seating products Monitor creative, placement and ROI to maximize advertising performance
  • Help manage the text messaging platform for Ducks Marketing and Premium Marketing Grow the subscriber base, schedule campaigns and report on performance while ensuring messages are delivered in a timely manner
  • Partner with the New Media department to develop relevant web pages, landing pages and promotional placements on Ducks and Honda Center websites and mobile apps
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Producer to develop campaigns that support sales initiatives, awareness campaigns, merchandise pushes and other marketing efforts on social channels
  • Stay current on best practices and trends in digital marketing, including examples from other teams and companies
  • Serve as a liaison with Ticketmaster to maximize the use and performance of Ticketmaster marketing assets (CENs, Ticket Alerts, TMcom, etc.)
  • Assist the Senior Digital Specialist, Director of Digital Marketing and Senior Director, Performance Marketing with analytical efforts, including identifying trends and outliers in recurring reports
  • Assist with the migration of Ducks and Premium Seating at Honda Center email and digital marketing programs from Eloqua to Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Assist the Senior Digital Specialist and Director of Digital Marketing with implementing digital marketing vendors within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Support the Premium Seating at Honda Center department in advancing its digital presence across all channels
  • Ensure all Premium Seating at Honda Center content across web, social and other channels aligns with brand expectations and is kept current
  • Develop and support lead generation programs for Premium Seating at Honda Center and the Anaheim Ducks
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
  • Experience with marketing automation systems, lead generation and nurturing, email marketing, basic HTML editing, landing page development, surveys, forms, social media and campaign reporting
  • Experience with advertising reporting, creative performance analysis and ROI tracking
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable marketing automation platforms
  • Working knowledge of paid social advertising, display, SEM and SMS strategies and best practices
  • Knowledge of hockey preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to be self-motivated and creative
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, as required
