About the Position

The Financial Analyst for Digital Analytics drives automation, digitalization, and data enablement within Finance and especially Corporate Controlling & Accounting to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of finance processes

What you can look forward to as Financial Analyst- Digital Analytics: 

  • Identify and analyze manual, inefficient, or high risk finance processes across close cycles, reporting, consolidation, intercompany, budgeting, and forecasting 
  • Design and implement future state automated processes, workflow solutions, and standardized reporting to reduce Excel based manual effort 
  • Develop and enhance KPI dashboards, executive reports, and self service analytics while ensuring a single source of truth for finance data 
  • Analyze large financial datasets to identify variances, trends, efficiency opportunities, and support scenario modeling and predictive analytics 
  • Support finance data modeling aligned with controlling requirements and business needs 
  • Act as a finance subject matter expert for ERP, consolidation, and BI systems, translating business requirements into technical specifications 
  • Partner with IT on system enhancements, upgrades, testing, validation, and data migrations to ensure alignment between finance processes and system architecture 
  • Promote a data driven finance culture through training, documentation, governance standards, and sharing best practices across global transformation initiatives

Your profile as Financial Analyst- Digital Analytics: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, or a related field 
  • 3-7 years of experience in Controlling, Accounting, Finance Transformation, or BI/Analytics environments 
  • Strong understanding of financial closing processes, reporting structures, and financial data models 
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Power Pivot, with experience reducing manual reporting 
  • Hands on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms 
  • ERP system experience (e.g., SAP or comparable systems) and basic SQL knowledge 
  • Experience with automation tools and techniques (RPA, VBA, Python) and workflow/process documentation 
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills, with the ability to bridge finance and IT stakeholders and support change management
