Precision Machine Repair Millwright (Aerospace Systems)

Why this role?

You’re the person who asks “What’s the root cause?”—then proves it. In this off-shift role, you’ll keep essential equipment healthy: align drives, pipefit new lines, weld and fabricate small components, and return machines to spec.

What you’ll do
  • Pipefitting, welding, and small-scale fabrication to support installs and repairs
  • Precision alignment of belts, sheaves, and rotating assemblies
  • System-level troubleshooting across hydraulics and pneumatics
  • Assembly and rebuild work on complex mechanical systems
  • Assist with CNC equipment installation and set-up
You bring
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One of the following credentials:
    • 8+ years documented millwright/machine repair experience
    • Completion of a bona fide apprenticeship with certificate
    • Journeyman Millwright status
    • Journeyman Machine Repair status
Nice to have
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting experience with hydraulic and pneumatic machinery
