What You'll Do

As a Millwright, you will:

  • Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems

  • Perform precision alignments, leveling, and balancing of equipment

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

  • Perform fabrication and welding as required

  • Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime

  • Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions quickly

  • Work closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams

  • Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality standards

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 3+ years of industrial millwright or mechanical maintenance experience

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Experience with conveyors, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems

  • Welding and fabrication experience

  • Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools

  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed

  • Commitment to safety and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent training

  • Experience in manufacturing environments common to the Tri-State area (food processing, plastics, metals, etc.)
